NAIPTA is a regional organization including Coconino and Yavapai Counties; the cities of Flagstaff, Sedona, and Cottonwood, and Northern Arizona University. NAIPTA was formed to coordinate the planning of public transportation services of the region's growing population.
NAIPTA currently operates:
- Mountain Line fixed route service in Flagstaff
- Mountain Lift paratransit service in Flagstaff
- RoadRunner fixed route service in Sedona
- RoadRunner paratransit service in Sedona
- RoadRunner Cottonwood Express commuter service between Cottonwood and Sedona
NAIPTA coordinates with:
- Mountain Campus Transit fixed route service at Northern Arizona University
- Cottonwood Area Transit (CAT) fixed route, paratransit, and limited dial-a-ride service in Cottonwood
